Residents are fed-up with what they say is a rotting fence and overgrown trees at the back of their gardens.

Pearl Smith lives in Jubilee Avenue, Great Clacton. At the back of her home is Highfield Holiday Park, which is run by Great British Holiday Parks.
Mrs Smith said both she and fellow neighbours had been in contact with the holiday park over three years to see what could be done to sort the problem.
The first complaint concerns a 6ft fence at the bottom of their gardens. There are also problems with the heights of the trees.
Mike Page, spokesman for Tendring Council, said: "We have had complaints in the past and it was taken up with a noise abatement order."
General manager of Highfield, Dany Fletcher said: "As part of our commitment to high standards of service for our residents and holidaying guests, we have an ongoing programme of site checks and maintenance and have already taken steps to address these issues."
