Rochford Hundred hope to end the 100 per cent record of London Four North East leaders Stowmarket at Magnolia Road tomorrow.
The Suffolk side have won their opening three league fixtures, including last weekend's narrow 14-12 success over Basildon.
But Stowmarket have played all of their games on home soil so far and fourth-placed Rochford will be confident of giving their visitors a dose of travel sickness and pull level with them on points.
Third-placed Basildon take on Beccles, who are second from bottom in the standings and have no points, at Gardiners Close.
Westcliff, currently second in the table, could take over at the top if Rochford beat Stowmarket.
They bounced back to form with a comfortable 32-0 win over Thetford last week and will fancy their chances in Norfolk at rock bottom Wymondham.
Essex One action sees second-placed South Woodham Ferrers hoping to leapfrog leaders Wanstead with a win at Ilford Wanderers.
Mid-table Billericay - who recorded their first victory last week, 17-0 against Upper Clapton - look to continue making progress at Maldon, who are third.
And Stanford-le-Hope aim to get their first points on the board and climb off the bottom of the table with a home success against fellow strugglers East London.
In Essex Two, joint leaders Canvey Island host Ilford based Ravens, aiming to clock up a fourth consecutive league victory.
Rayleigh Wyverns, still propping up the rest and without a point, face another hard afternoon at third placed Dagenham.
Finally, Essex Three Pegasus Palmerians host Writtle Wanderers.
