One of three babies born to Britain's youngest ever natural mother of triplets has died.
Emma Burns, who is orginally from Clacton but now lives in Derbyshire, was just 17 when she gave birth to daughter Alexis and sons Jake and Cameron on July 3.
Her baby daughter, who was born by emergency caesarean earlier this year, was pronounced dead in hospital on Sunday.
Police have not yet revealed how the little girl died but said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
