A woman who claimed that her confidence was shattered while working as a dental practice manager has had her case thrown out by an employment tribunal.
Yvonne Fuller said the experience had left her unable to work since last November, and she alleged she had suffered constructive unfair dismissal.
Mrs Fuller, 47, of Shoreham Road, Martello Bay, Clacton, was employed at Jaywick Dental Surgery in Crossways, Jaywick, for more than seven years before she quit, claiming she had been forced out by the new owner.
The tribunal sitting at Bury St Edmunds spent two days hearing her claim and has now ruled against her. Practice owner David Figaji had strongly denied her allegations.
He said the allegations were untrue and that he had been faced with an employee who had blatantly and continuously defied every request made to her.
Tribunal chairman David Crome said it was the unanimous decision of the three-member panel that Mrs Fuller's departure from the practice did not amount to dismissal.
