Cyclist Ian Pearson will be using his energy to pedal to Paris to help vulnerable children and their families.

Mr Pearson, 48, of Skelmersdale Road, Clacton, works for EDF Energy in Wyncolls Road, Colchester.
He will be using pedal power to get him from the company's corporate head office in London - all the way to its parent company in the French capital.
The three-day cycle ride will cover nearly 200 miles and is to raise vital cash for National Children's Homes.
