Matt Richards is determined to grab his chance and stay in the Ipswich Town side when they visit Coventry City.
The young left-back was restored to the starting line-up for Tuesday's Coca-Cola Championship draw against Reading.
And, in the absence of suspended full-back Fabian Wilnis, Richards wants to seize his opportunity and look forward to an extended run in the side - continuing at Highfield Road on Sunday.
He told the Gazette: "I've had quite a break in recent weeks and, although I would rather have played, I feel refreshed and ready for the challenge."
