Lloyd Upsdell has finally grabbed a medal at the Paralympic Games.
The Great Dunmow athlete lost out in the T35 100 metres but stormed to bronze yesterday in the T35 200m final.
Britain won four medals on the track with David Weir and Hazel Robson collecting silver and Graeme Ballard and Upsdell taking a bronze apiece.
And in the pool Colchester Phoenix's Fran Williamson, who was also part of Great Britain's silver-winning relay team, won silver in the S3 50m freestyle in a new British record time of 1:06.57 seconds.
Clubmate Natalie Jones lost out on a medal in the SB6 100m breaststroke.
