Colchester United ace Kevin Watson has warned upcoming Carling Cup opponents Southampton they could suffer the same fate as fellow Premiership club West Bromwich Albion.
Ready for the Saints - U's ace Kevin Watson
Giant-killing U's were handed a third-round tie against the managerless Saints in last night's draw as their prize for dumping the Baggies out of the cup at the second hurdle 24 hours earlier.
"It's a great draw for us," said Watson. "To get another Premiership club, away from home this time, is just desserts for the way we played against West Brom on Tuesday night.
"The Saints may not be a glamour club, but like the West Brom tie it's a game we've got a great chance of winning."
