An array of classic cars were on show in Goldhanger, near Maldon, at the weekend.
The Goldhanger Classic Car Club organised the event, the second this year. The club is just getting itself off the ground.
About 20 vehicles were on show, ranging from the 1920s and including Rovers and MGs.
Andrew Christie, a member of the club, said they were pleased with the response to the event.
"It is quite something that all the owners either live in Goldhanger or close by."
Also over the weekend an art show was held in the village hall, which was well attended.
