Gareth Williams cannot wait to pull on a Colchester United shirt again.
Can't wait - Gareth Williams is looking forward to relaunching his Colchester United career
And when he runs out to play against Swindon Town at Layer Road tomorrow afternoon the 22-year-old U's new boy will be hoping it is the start of something big for him.
Williams was signed on a two-year contract this week as part of the deal that took Wayne Andrews to Selhurst Park in a six-figure move to new Premiership club Crystal Palace.
The Welsh Under-21 international striker is desperate to show the U's fans just how good he really is.
"I'm really looking forward to the challenge," Williams told the Gazette.
"I thoroughly enjoyed my two loan spells at Layer Road and now I can't wait for Saturday to come.
"For me it is the start of my first-team career."
