Police believe a witness can help them find a motorist who failed to stop at the scene of an accident.
They want to trace the owner of a blue car which reversed into a grey Ford Escort car in the Crusader car park in Stephenson Road, Little Clacton.
A member of the public saw the incident and told staff at a nearby doctor's surgery. Clacton police are looking for the person who saw the accident, on July 22, at 4.45pm.
