Bottom of the table Stanford suffered a comprehensive defeat at high flying Woodford Wells.
Batting first, Stanford were bowled out for a lowly 114 - with Woodford bowler Gary Gease taking five wickets for only 29 runs.
His heroics were repeated by the Woodford batsmen as Will Rogers and Rob Leiper both scored unbeaten half centuries for the current league leaders.
Woodford Wells now seem certain to claim the Second Division championship with one match remaining, while Stanford are set to be relegated following one season in Division Two.
