Billericay put up a brave fight against already promoted Ardleigh Green but finished just six runs short of securing an unexpected victory as the match was drawn.
Batting first, Ardleigh Green declared on 218-8 with Billericay's Danny Pryke taking five wickets for 74 runs.
In reply, Pryke's team-mates were also in fine form with the bat as Paul Southgate (43), Andy Bethal (39) Anthony Crummy (36) and Gary Hynes (36) all got among the runs.
