Scott Fitzgerald is on a mission to end Ipswich Town's progress in the Carling Cup tonight.
The Brentford defender and former Colchester United skipper travels to Portman Road in the first round of the competition with the aim of shutting out last season's Coca-Cola Championship top scorers.
The 34-year-old told the Evening Gazette: "We've been conceding goals quite freely away from home and that's something we've got to put right - starting tonight.
"But Ipswich are a good side, get the ball down and pass it around so it will not be easy.
"However, it would be nice to win and hopefully draw one of the bigger boys in the next round."
Portman Road has not been a happy hunting ground for the ex-Millwall man, though.
He added: "I played there a few times when I was at Wimbledon and they were always one of our bogey sides, so hopefully that's something that can be changed tonight."
