A father and son have had a lucky escape after the kit car they were in flipped over.
The pair were travelling in their metallic blue Cobra kit car in Mandeville Way, Laindon, when it span out of control, hit a lamp-post and overturned.
Police, firefighters and ambulance crews were called to the scene immediately after the smash.
Two men, one aged around 50 and the other in his early twenties, both suffered shock, cuts and bruises.
