A disabled driver says he is lucky to be alive after a pellet shot through his windscreen, narrowly missing his head.

Harry Huggins, 55, of Southchurch Road, Southend, was on his way home from the Woodgrange estate in his mobility car just after midnight when he heard a loud bang.
Fine pieces of glass from his windscreen shot into the car, leaving shards in the side of his cheek.
Mr Huggins, who has a heart condition and a back injury, said it was only when he slammed on the brakes and stopped he realised what had happened.
He said: "I heard an almighty bang and sharp splinters of glass flew all over the place. The force was unbelievable and I was petrified.
"If the bullet or pellet had been a few inches down it would have gone in my face and could have killed me."
Mr Huggins was in Arnold Avenue, flanked on either side by blocks of flats, when the pellet struck.
