Wickford Tennis Club's annual LTA ratings mens singles tournament saw two former winners battle it out for this year's title.
In the main final last year's winner, Morrocan Sammy Fennich took on the champion from two years ago, Rob Eldridge from Chelmsford.
Eldridge regained the titlewith a 6-4 6-3 win and picked up a first prize of a cheque for £50.
The plate final was an all Wickford affair with Jack Woollcott defeating his good friend, Sean Cleary, 7-5 6-3 to earn a cheque for £25.
The tournament, which attracted players from as far a field as Doncaster and Dorset, was run from Friday to Sunday, with a main final and a plate final on the Sunday.
