The funeral of a motorcyclist will be held on Friday, a month after he was killed in an accident on the A130.
Married father-of-two Keith Hardy died after his Yamaha Thunder Ace motorcycle was in collision with a Nissan Almera as they approached the roundabout at the junction of the A130 and A125 near Rayleigh.
The self-employed electrician died at the scene of the accident, at around 4.30pm on Friday, July 16.
Mr Hardy's funeral will take place at Pitsea Crematorium at 3.30pm on Friday, August 20.
The 47-year-old's coffin will be accompanied to the service by a motorcycle cortege provided by his biker friends.
The former Gable Hall School student had grown up in Thurrock before moving with his family to Fanton Walk, Shotgate, Wickford.
