Billericay continued their recent revival with a comfortable victory over lowly Old Parkonians on Saturday.
Having won the toss and elected to bat, Billericay scored a strong 218-5 with their top four batsman all producing the goods.
The in form Anthony Crummy hit a fine 64 not out and was well assisted by Andy Bethal (49), Nathan Bateson (36) and Paul Wakefield (34).
In reply, Old Park were duly dismissed for 200 - 19 runs short of the winning target - thanks to an inspired bowling display from Bateson who delivered both spin and seam deliveries to take 6/70 as Billericay picked up 20 points for their efforts.
"It was a good performance and we haven't lost for four matches now," said club secretary Anne Bateson.
