Orsett gave themselves a fighting chance of avoiding relegation from Division One with victory over Colchester and East Essex.
With Dave Cracknell taking 5-29, Colchester were bowled out for only 64.
Orsett didn't find their reply easy, but eventually made 65-5 to win with five wickets to spare and collect a priceless 18 points.
Orsett moved off the bottom with this success, being level now with new basement club Harlow by virtue of the fact that they've won more matches -- and the duo are only nine points in arrears of the third from bottom side.
