Police are appealing for help in tracing the criminals responsible for a number of incidents in Wickford.

Firstly, more than £250 worth of health and beauty goods were taken from outside the rear door of Savers, in the Ladybird Centre, some time between 5.30pm on Wednesday, August 11, and 6am on Thursday, August 12.

During the same night, two windows were smashed at Genesis hairdressers, Nevendon Road, Wickford, causing £400 worth of damage.

Finally, officers are hunting yobs who threw eggs at the Little Chef on the Southend-bound A127 near its junction with the A132 and a Ford Mondeo parked outside.

The incident, which occurred at around 10.45pm on Wednesday, August 11, caused around £50 damage to the Mondeo.
