Arena Essex return to action tonight after a two-week break when they face Eastbourne at the Purfleet Raceway in an Elite League match.
The break has allowed several of the Hammers team to rest and recover from a series of niggling injuries.
But there will be little respite over the next few days with Arena scheduled to race four meetings in six days with Mark Loram and Greg Walasek have racing engagements in Poland and Sweden.
Arena Essex include five ex-Eastbourne riders in their line-up while the Eagles track Joonas Kylmakorpi, who was a firm favourite with the Hammers supporters when he rode for Arena last year.
The two teams have met four times this season with the Hammers boasting three wins and one defeat.
Both sides are expected to be at full strength with the Hammers welcoming back American Josh Larsen, who has missed the past month due to breaking bones in his foot in a crash at Coventry.
In addition Leigh Lanham, who celebrates his testimonial in September, has recovered from the hip and pelvis injury he aggravated in the same Coventry meeting.
Mark Loram, who was top scorer for Great Britain in the recent World Cup, has recovered from his recent ankle and finger injuries.
