Loanee Tony Dinning is determined to win a permanent contract and make a 'fresh start' with Ipswich Town.
The Wigan Athletic midfielder, having signed a two-month deal with the Blues, has been named in the squad for tonight's Coca-Cola Championship match at Nottingham Forest.
And he told the Evening Gazette: "I'm determined to show everyone what I can do here.
"I've been given a great chance and even the lads at Wigan have been sending me messages saying how lucky I am.
"I'd absolutely love to do well because my chances have become fairly limited at Wigan.
"The manager has signed new players in my position so I feel I need to make a fresh start.
"Things aren't working out up there and my days with the club are numbered."
