Redevelopments at a mid-Essex architectural treasure have been captured on video.
A recording which chronicles the history of Hylands House, Chelmsford, and efforts to restore it, is now available to buy.
Linda Palmer, Hylands House manager, said the video highlights work already done to restore the Grade II listed building to how it would have appeared in 1840.
"Great care has been taken to ensure we are historically accurate. The rooms are presented to show the individual features to their best advantage," she said.
Mrs Palmer added the video features the work of award-winning plasterer Bunny Joy, who has worked on royal homes.
Although work is still in progress to the stately home's stable block and outbuildings, restorations are expected to be completed in June 2005.
