Colchester United's Sam Stockley was buzzing after his second goal helped send the U's to the top of the Coca-Cola League One table with their 3-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday.
"It's what dreams are made of," said Stockley as he described his 30-yard screamer that almost broke the net at Hillsborough in the 88th minute.
"As the ball left my foot I just knew it was going in."
It was only Stockley's second goal for the club and he added: "I looked up after I struck it and saw the keeper was struggling to get across and I just started running to celebrate in front of the U's fans in the stand behind the goal.
"I'm glad that stand was there actually, because I was so fired up I think I would have kept running right out of the ground.
"I think I might have gone over the top a bit with my celebration, but I've not got many goals to my name and it was extra-special scoring in front of the fans."
