Shoebury solicitor Peter Michael Warner has vowed to fight the closure of his legal firm.
The Law Society forced the closure of solicitors firm Peter Warner & Company in St Andrews Road, Shoebury, on Tuesday, because of "serious concerns".
The society also suspended practising certificates for Peter Michael Warner and John Harvey Shaw.
