Police are seeking a bogus caller who stole a handbag containing £140 in cash from a retired woman living on an Essex travellers' site.
A man in his 20s entered the 68-year-old's caravan after she left it to help him look for his lost cat.
Someone was seen making a number of bogus calls to people living in caravans at Templeton Park, West Hanningfield.
