Police are appealing for witnesses to a high-speed car chase through Southend.
A Vauxhall Astra was pursued by a police car on Woodgrange Drive, along Victoria Road and into Shaftesbury Avenue until it was abandoned in Camper Road.
The chase took place about 1.30pm on July 27.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Rob Brettell at Southend Police Station on 01702 431212. A man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
