A young fox cub is being nursed back to health with the help of acupuncture.
Charlie was taken into Wildlives rescue and rehabilitation centre in Thorrington following a road accident.
He had serious nerve damage in his front right leg, which was paralysed.
Rose Catford, who runs the centre in Frating Road, said the cub was not responding to conventional treatment.
"Luckily, I discovered Lorena Lloret, who is a qualified vet and acupuncturist, and runs a mobile service in this area," she said.
"She came to visit Charlie and the transformation has been amazing. He has just had his second treatment and is doing much better."
