Leigh skipper Simon Burch labelled his side's showing against West Essex as "rubbish" as the visitors sealed an easy five wicket win.
Batting first, Leigh were bowled out for a poor 165 -- despite the best efforts of Stuart Elliott who top scored with 29.
Lee Wilson (28) and Dean Walker (24) also chipped in but the total was nowhere near high enough to trouble a West Essex side who now sit fourth in the table.
They rattled off the required runs for the loss of just five wickets -- with Leigh bowler John Elliott taking two of the victims.
"That was rubbish for the second week running," slammed Burch. "It could have been worse I guess but not much more."
