Parents have celebrated the end of their courses with a special lunch.

Parents from Northlands Park, Pitsea, have been taking a range of classes, including counselling, media skills, cooking, computing and childcare.
Thirty-five parents and volunteers from the children's organisation SureStart are being given certificates at a healthy eating lunch at the Trenham Community Centre.
Maureen Longley, SureStart co-ordinator, said: "We are very proud of all the achievements and challenges that our parents have taken on during the past year."
