A miniature George Michael, who beat the odds when he was born three months premature, has won his family a free holiday to Torquay after a winning rendition of the Wham classic I'm Your Man.

Shane Renton, eight, of Aspen Court, Laindon, spent the first 28 weeks of his life in hospital.
His twin died when he was ten days old. Since then, Shane has suffered from ill health and a speech impediment. He pulled out the stops and won a singing contest on a family holiday in Devon.
