Arena Essex take on Swindon at the Purfleet Raceway tonight in a Skybet Elite Speedway League "B" fixture starting at 7.45 pm.

It is the second time this season that the Robins have visited the home of the Hammers, the previous occasion was back in April for first League encounter when the home side won by six points and got the bonus point for the aggregate win.

Arena boss Ronnie Russell expects to field the same team that impressively beat Wolverhampton Wolves at Purfleet last Wednesday. American Josh Larsen is still out with a broken foot but after a spell of laser treatment hopes to return on August 11.

Luckily for Hammers that co-incides with the week-long Grand Prix World Championships, giving a two-week break from racing to allow the squad's collection of injuries to recover.

Swindon are expected to be at full strength and include one-time Arena rider Leigh Adams who is now starring for the Robins and also in the Grand Prix.
