Ian Westlake has emerged as Ipswich Town's only injury worry ahead of tonight's mouth-watering pre-season friendly against Premiership side Newcastle United.
The Clacton-based midfielder - last season's supporters' player-of-the-year - missed training yesterday because of an abscess on his wisdom tooth.
He saw a dentist yesterday morning but should get the green light to play in tonight's match - a testimonial for former Blues assistant manager Dale Roberts, who died of cancer last year.
Town boss Joe Royle said: "We'll see how he is but otherwise it's the same squad of 17 from Saturday, plus Scott Mitchell."
Mitchell has been suffering with a groin injury while Jim Magilton (sore foot) returned to training yesterday and will face the Magpies.
Newcastle boss Sir Bobby Robson has promised to send a strong squad for the game, including Alan Shearer and former Blues heroes Titus Bramble, Darren Ambrose and Kieron Dyer.
The only two who will miss out are injured defender Jonathan Woodgate and new signing Patrick Kluivert.
