Church leaders and police today expressed outrage after intruders smashed a historic stained glass window at a church.
The vandals caused thousands of pounds of damage to St Mary's Church, Rectory Road, Little Burstead, after ransacking cupboards and strewing Bibles, hymn books and leaving excrement on the church floor.
