Police are trying to trace a man who grabbed a 12-year-old boy in the street.
The white man, in his late 20s, approached the youngster in London Road, Stanway, at 10.20pm last night.
He said he had seen something fall from the boy's pocket and took hold of him as he bent down to look for it. The boy broke free and the man fled on a dark blue bike.
The man wore a white baseball cap marked NY, a black bomber jacket and blue jeans.
