69-year-old shooter Bryan Farr has enjoyed a remarkable couple of weeks -- claiming gold medals at both the Home Internationals Meeting and the World Championships.

Competing in the veterans section of the "down the line" shooting section, Farr first brushed aside opponents from Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
Then, last weekend, he repeated his heroics on the world stage in Northumberland -- taking first place after a nerve wracking double shoot off.
"I'm obviously delighted," said the Foulness Island based shooter.
"I got into the sport about 15 years ago so to win a world gold medal with ten countries and 64 other competitors was very pleasing."
