Police today welcomed the latest anti-social behaviour order on a Basildon teenager to stop him making life a misery for residents on the Five Links Estate.
Asbo - Phillip Pardoe
Phillip Pardoe, of Mellow Purgess, Laindon, was sentenced to 41 days behind bars last month for carrying out car crime on the Laindon estate.
The 18-year-old has now been issued with the order by Basildon Magistrates' Court and if he breaks the tough conditions attached for three years, he could face jail.
He will breach the ASBO if he:
Uses offensive behaviour by words or acts in the presence of residents or visitors to Five Links
Throws anything at any building, person or vehicle in the Five Links area or encourages other people to do so
Congregates in groups of more than five or acts in an anti-social manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
