V Festival organisers have announced that global R&B sensation Kelis is stepping up to complete the 2004 bill.

The V line-up already boasts fellow Hip-Hop artists, and Kelis's one-time musical conspirators, N.E.R.D.
Also joining Kelis in the festival line-up of 2004, will be Kevin Mark Trail, Fried, Rodrigo Y Gabriela, and Rooster.
Simon Moran, Festival Director, said: "We're thrilled to be able to welcome Kelis back to V as the kind of global superstar we always knew she'd end up being.
"2004 has been a phenomenal year for Kelis in which she's quite rightly earned her crown as queen of urban music. With only just over four weeks to go until the festival, we can't wait to see what she pulls out of the bag for festival-goers this time round."
