Musical merriment gripped more than 150 children who turned out for the fifth birthday of the Jo Jingles pre-school group.

A life size version of the music clubs mascot, Jo, turned up to celebrate the event which was held at Runnymede Hall in Kiln Road, Thundersley.
The club gives youngsters a chance to learn through music and singing.
Tara Dye, area co-ordinator for the group, said: "The children had a great time, and they loved meeting a life-size Jo as he is normally only there as a small rag-doll."
