Laura Sims is looking to jump to glory. The 15-year-old is part of a five-strong squad which has been selected to represent Great Britain at the Pony European Championships in Jaszkowo, Poland.
This will be the last international competition the Great Horkesley youngster can attend as a junior as she graduates to the senior level next year when she turns 16 in December.
"I want to do well," said Sims, who will be riding her horse New York Spritzer at the event between July 27 and August 1.
"I have competed at international level in the past and done well, but I want to end this summer with a win."
Sims has been part of the Great Britain team before, coming second in a competition in Germany and had individual success in France and Belgium.
