The 24-year-old Colchester-based Essex all-rounder is one of ten uncapped players who have been selected in his country's provisional 30-man squad for the ICC Champions Trophy.
"I'm one step closer to achieving what I started out for," Napier proudly told the Evening Gazette.
"I've represented England at every level from under-14 up to the A team and it would be great to top it off by getting picked for the ICC Champions Trophy in September."
