Determined Sarah Claxton faces one final hurdle before she can start packing her bags for this summer's Olympic Games.
The 24-year-old from Colchester managed a decisive win in the 100 metres hurdles at Saturday's qualifying race in Manchester, clocking a time of 13.21 seconds.
That was enough to ensure her name made today's provisional cut - and keep her in the selectors' thoughts for the squad which travels to Greece.
Now she is aiming to underline her claim in Loughborough next weekend and finally book her ticket to Athens.
Her time was just one hundredth of a second off the B standard qualification time she secured earlier this year at Bedford.
Claxton said: "I know I can do the qualifying time because I ran 12.91s when it was windy. I know it's inside me and how it feels to run it."
