A memorial golf day will take place at St Clere's Hall Golf Club at Stanford-le-Hope on Friday, July 30 , in memory of two members who died in the last 18 months from heart disease.
The event offers teams the opportunity to take part in a Stableford competition, with all proceeds going to the heart charity.
Barrie Pratt, club captain at St Clere's, said: "We hope as many teams as possible will be able to take part in this special memorial day.
"All proceeds benefit the British Heart Foundation and everyone is welcome."
Tee-off times will commence from approximately 10.30am and the cost of entering a team of four is £100 for member teams and £120 for non-members.
The costs include green fees (where applicable), halfway refreshments, two course gala buffet dinner, team prizes followed by charity auction, disco and entertainment.
Additional guests are welcome in the evening at a cost of £15 per ticket to include a buffet dinner or £5 for entertainment.
All tickets and bookings must be reserved in advance from Helen Symmons on 01702 710871 or email helen@ladyofthelake.co.uk
