A teenager has been banned from entering areas in Frinton and Walton.
Joseph Brady, 16, was served with an anti-social behaviour order (Asbo) when he appeared at Colchester Magistrates' Court yesterday.
An interim Asbo was already in place from last week, but district judge David Cooper made it permanent for three years.
The youth is not allowed to enter a specified area in Frinton and Walton. The order includes Rochford Way and Elmtree Avenue.
Brady is also banned from going within 50 metres of any amusement arcade in Walton, except for the one on Walton Pier, and will be in breach of the order if he goes within 200m of Walton Youth Centre.
He is also barred from entering any leisure or education establishment in the area and could be locked up if he is seen using threatening or abusive behaviour, spitting or swearing.
