A leading store in Braintree will be closing its doors for a major facelift.
Woolworths, in Bank Street, will be closing at 4pm tomorrow and opening its new-look store after the revamp on Wednesday, July 21.
The Braintree store has been part of the local community for many years and has been chosen by Woolworths to undergo a massive refurbishment.
Once reopened, shoppers will be able to enjoy new features at the 10,500 sq ft store.
With more than 30 staff, the revamped store will provide a more extensive range of merchandise, including a bigger entertainment department and, for the first time, kids' furniture.
