A company has launched a second High Court challenge to the Government's refusal of its plans to use land it owns in Heybridge for a 124-home residential development.
Thomas Bates & Son, of Harold Wood, Romford, is asking Mr Justice Harrison to quash a Government planning inspector's decision to back Maldon District Council's refusal of planning permission for the development of the Chalet Site, Hall Road, and the adjoining area known as the Lakes.
