Youngsters were spotted running naked through the streets of Colchester.
Police said six teenage boys were seen in the buff, shouting and causing a disturbance at 1.20am today in Deben Road.
They were accompanied by two girls, who kept their clothes on.
Det Sgt Roger Napier said: "There were reports of them running around, making noise and causing a nuisance. They made off towards the Welshwood Park area."
