Essex Eels play their first game at Romford's Redden Court School on Saturday, with hopes of clinching a first win in their debut National League Three season.
The struggling squad entertain Carlisle Centurions, who are also in their first season of National League rugby.
And, having come agonisingly close to a win against fellow newcomers Gateshead Storm in Basildon, Eels will hope to take full advantage of the long journey faced by their Cumbrian rivals.
The game is the first of two moved to Romford from the club's usual home at Basildon Rugby Club.
