Heybridge Swifts supremo Keith Martin has shrugged aside the loss of defender Lee Kersey by snapping-up a host of new signings.
Martin has plundered the ranks of Woodbridge Town to bring in Erdem Artun, Dwayne Edwards and Jamie Baker.
He has also lured James Rowe from Histon Town.
Kersey left Swifts to join Ryman League premier division rivals Windsor and Eton.
The former Tottenham Hotspur trainee had become a key part of the Heybridge defence and Martin said: "It's a shame to see him leave us to take a sideways step.
"I'm not worried, though. I've been talking to potential replacements, but I'm not going to make any rash signings.
"I'll bring in a person who I know can do the job."
All of Martin's signings are promising youngsters.
Artun and Baker hail from the Ipswich Town academy while Edwards was part of the youth set-up at Colchester United.
